Sun of Freedom is a grassroots humanitarian organisation providing life-saving support to families in Gaza.

Born out of urgency and solidarity, our work was inspired by Anas Mushtaha — a Palestinian wheelchair basketball player whose resilience and devotion to his community moved us to act. Anas now plays a critical role on the ground, helping us deliver food, clean water, and essential supplies directly to those who need it most.

Our mission:
To alleviate suffering and restore dignity by ensuring families affected by war and blockade have access to the most basic human rights — nutritious food, safe drinking water, and essential aid.

We are driven by compassion, community, and the belief that no one should be left behind.

Our Soup Kitchen in Gaza Is Now Feeding Families — Help Us Keep It Going

Thanks to your support, Sun of Freedom has launched a soup kitchen in Gaza, serving hot, nourishing meals to families in urgent need.

But hunger is getting worse. Gaza is now in Phase 5 famine — the most extreme level of food crisis. Children are dying from malnutrition, and families are going days without food.
